We're seeking a highly talented Video Editor join our Digital Content team.
Purpose of the Role:
<ul>
<li>Create video content with a great storytelling for our Social media platforms from story pitching, ideas to edit and finalizing the videos.</li>
<li>Brainstorm and conceptualize unique and engaging story ideas.</li>
<li>Research trending topics, audience preferences, and industry insights to inform pitches.</li>
<li>Present story concepts to the decision-makers, and adapt based on feedback.</li>
<li>Translate the approved pitches-scripts into detailed outlines, storyboards.</li>
<li>Consider visual elements, pacing, and narrative flow during the ideation phase.</li>
<li>Coordinate with graphic designers, illustrators, or other specialists to enhance storytelling visuals if needed.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Shoot and edit content captured at plants and studio.</li>
<li>Applies videography, production, and post-production skills in the planning, management, and documentation of video shoots.</li>
<li>Create the lighting/production setups for manufacturing and DIY videos.</li>
<li>Coordinates pre-shoot planning and documentation with production staff.</li>
<li>Participates in the development, implementation, assessment of the whole video production process.</li>
<li>Coordinates with the Video Manager on media scheduling and coverage plans. Advises the decision-makers, video on general production practices, facilities, and strategy for the production team.</li>
<li>Assists with management of the media equipment inventory.</li>
<li>Create simple lighting setups for product and athlete studio shoots.</li>
<li>Work with the motion graphics designer to emphasize the technical features of the videos.</li>
<li>Create and upload the videos to archiving systems.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Videography or Engineering.</li>
<li>5+ years experience in original video production.</li>
<li>Strong Storytelling experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of sound, lighting, and multiple camera packages.</li>
<li>Prior on-camera experience.</li>
<li>Have a solid creative perspective and an excellent reel demonstrating a range of creative executions.</li>
<li>Strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite.</li>
<li>Ability to upload online portfolio demonstrating video production skills required.</li>
<li>Be social media savvy and knowledge of OTT streaming platforms.</li>
<li>Understand the latest trends in social media and video creation.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time with unmatched time management skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to travel internationally.</li>
<li>Flexible and adaptable to frequent changes in workload.</li>
<li>Startup mindset.</li>
<li>Drone Pilot certification is a plus.</li>

We are looking for a News Editor who reports to the Managing Editor. You will work with our editorial team to write and edit stories, help shape packaging, and help meet their overall development goals. While the editor will work remotely with the team, preference will be given to candidates based in the state of US, Brasil and Mexico.
The ideal candidate can reliably produce bright, immensely readable copy that makes even the most complex ideas feel accessible, memorable, and shareable. This person is a grammar enthusiast, is unflappable in the sometimes pressurized environment of writing about developing stories, and prides themselves on a curiosity that results in stories with depth and detail while preserving newsy brevity.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Write daily news articles between 400 and 600 words.</li>
<li>Produce longer-form features with original reporting.</li>
<li>Help identify the biggest trends and upcoming stories that we should cover, working with a team of writers to bring ideas to life.</li>
<li>Produce and edit error-free stories.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>One to two years of journalism experience at a digital media outlet</li>
<li>Familiarity with a CMS.</li>
<li>A demonstrated interest in reporting on technology, engineering, and science, among other topics.</li>
<li>A quick and reliable communicator.</li>
<li>An eagerness to learn and improve their craft in a supportive environment.</li>
